Shipping Policy

There is a 2-3 day processing time before your order is shipped for all skincare products. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

We ship worldwide. Expected transit times per country can be found at check-out, but the expected range is 2-18 business days, depending on the country.

*Please note that processing times does not include weekends or holidays. 

Return Mail

Customers are responsible for any mail that is returned to our company due to incorrect shipping address information and will be required to pay the shipping cost for the returned item unless it was a mistake on our behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Under no condition is MLNN BRND responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier's customer service department for any issues with delivery.

Local Pickup

When purchasing online, local pickup is available only for customers located in Tallahassee, Florida. Order pickup is available 24 hours after order has been confirmed. After an order is placed, please contact us via email or Instagram direct message to arrange pickup. If your item(s) are needed before the 24 hour timeline, feel free to contact us. 

You will have up to 5 days after confirmation email has been sent to retrieve your items. If you do not retrieve your items in the said time frame, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. You will then have to place the order again.
